Highway 100 Median Decorating Contest Winners Declared

For the second year, the six medians of Highway 100, from Yturria Street to Garcia Street have been decorated by teams from the City of Port Isabel’s Public Works Department. Competing for the favorite Halloween median has resulted some creative decorations. During Saturday’s (10/26/2013) Day of the Dead Celebration the winners were announced.
