The Triangle District is represented by the triangular shaped park at the intersections of Highway 100 and Port Road. In the 1930s, the Navigation District was developed and as traffic was diverted from the main highway south toward the port, a triangular shaped grassy area was created at the intersection. The Modern Venice subdivision is located off Highway 100/Queen Isabella Blvd. on Island Ave.

The Triangle District is comprised of a variety of businesses from restaurants to souvenir shops, from churches to storage. It is also home to the town's oldest cemetery located on Island Ave, 1/2 block north of Highway 100.
