Memorial for Barbara J. Friedman 1/25 10a

The Friedman Family, Mayor Joe E. Vega and the City Commissioners invite the public to attend the unveiling of a monument in memory of the late Barbara J. Friedman.

A statue, donated by the Friedman Family, will be placed on the Light House Square to honor Mrs. Barbara J. Friedman. Barbara was an amazing woman who was instrumental in helping enhance and beautify this community. Barbara was known for her generosity and her commitment to improving the quality of life in Port Isabel and the Laguna Madre Area.

The unveiling will be held on Wednesday, January 25 at 10:00 a.m. on the corner of Maxan and Garcia Street.
