City Dedicates Municipal Buildings in Saturday Ceremony

Family members, public officials and the community gathered at 9 a.m. on Saturday, September 17th to honor Police Officer James Ralph Turner, Police Officer George Dorsett, Fire Marshal Bob Harris, Port Isabel Volunteer Fire Fighter Faustino Camacho Jr. and EMS Director Jesse Luna.
